Like many famous restaurateurs - Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, Charlie Trotter and others - chef Claus Hjortkjaer features a Chef's Table.

The Chef's Table at Le Café Miche provides a truly special dining experience for 6 to 8 persons. While you can order from the restaurant's menu, most people who book the Chef's Table work with us to develop a special menu for their event. The host of each dinner party consults in advance with Chef Claus and they collaborate with you to create a multi-course dinner of your choice.

Prices for these special dinners start at $48 per person, without wines. If desired, the chef will recommend wines to pair with your custom feast.

Le Café Miche is the only Albuquerque restaurant to offer a chef's table. Located in a private alcove of the café, the Chef's Table is perfect for special celebrations or entertaining VIP customers.
